We operate engine service locations , as well as an extensive fleet of field service vehicles to ensure that when you need us, we're never too far away. Our service facilities are equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment that enable our technicians to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs accurately and efficiently.
In-Shop
Our service locations are fully staffed with factory-trained technicians and equipped with the latest diagnostic technology and repair tools for fast, accurate troubleshooting and repair. The location maintains a full inventory of Genuine Cummins new and ReCon® parts and has access to virtually every part for every Cummins engines. Plus, every job is fully warranted and backed by the largest authorized service network worldwide.
When you bring your equipment to a “UDT GROUP” MMC facility, our aim is to get you back on the road quickly by following these important principles:

- Get it done fast: Our goal is to ensure that Cummins engine work performed in our shop with a standard repair time of four hours or less will be completed that same day.

Field Service
If you cannot come to us, we will come to you. “UDT GROUP” MMC has a fleet of service vehicles and the knowledge to get the job done. Our Field Service departments operate over any terrain, during any season and any time you need us. Our call-out services will keep you running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
